As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a technical leader and strategic partner, driving excellence in design and execution for projects that shape communities and industries. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience with proven success on complex building systems and multi-industry projects.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Expertise in HVAC design for vertical infrastructure (healthcare, labs, mission-critical facilities).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Projects: Serve as the primary engineer on large, multi-disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements.
  • Set Quality Standards: Develop and enforce rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure flawless deliverables.
  • Mentor and Elevate: Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, fostering growth and innovation within the team.
  • Strategic Oversight: Organize technical resources, review contracts, and guide design strategies to meet project goals.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Drive Efficiency: Champion best practices for project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality.
