Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 or more years of related mechanical engineering experience.
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Experience in vertical infrastructure HVAC design.
Responsibilities
- Lead Complex Projects: Manage mechanical engineering design for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with demanding technical requirements.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence across the team.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and civil engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Apply advanced engineering principles to develop efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective designs.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards, client expectations, and project timelines.
