About The Position

Are you a hands-on Marketo expert who loves building systems that actually scale? EPAM is looking for a Senior Marketo Technical Architect to support a leading global travel brand's B2B digital operations. In this role, you'll design and implement end-to-end marketing automation solutions—integrating Marketo with Salesforce and other platforms to power personalized, data-driven partner experiences. You'll work closely with marketing and technology teams to ensure clean data, strong campaign foundations, and seamless execution. Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Marketo administration experience in B2B environments, including complex integrations
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce (preferably Sales Cloud), lead/contact management, and Marketo-Salesforce sync
  • Proven experience designing and managing Marketo Custom Objects, advanced Velocity scripting, and dynamic email/landing page templates
  • Deep understanding of database structures, data hygiene, and marketing data models
  • Demonstrated ability to lead data integration projects using Marketo APIs, webhooks, and custom solutions
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development
  • Strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills, with a track record of streamlining workflows and enhancing usability
  • Experience in matrixed organizations; consulting or agency background is a plus
  • Advanced English communication skills at C1 level or above

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with additional marketing technology tools such as CDP, analytics, or enrichment platforms
  • Understanding of privacy, consent management, and compliance including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Experience contributing to or leading a Marketing Operations Center

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and governance of Marketo and integrated systems, serving as the subject matter expert for marketing automation architecture
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, bridging marketing and technology teams
  • Architect and manage custom data integrations, including APIs and data pipelines, in collaboration with data engineers and developers
  • Develop and implement advanced personalization strategies using Marketo Custom Objects, Velocity scripting, and structured data
  • Oversee data migrations, system updates, and Marketo-Salesforce integrations, ensuring data quality and risk mitigation
  • Establish and document scalable processes, templates, and QA standards to optimize efficiency and reliability
  • Provide training, enablement, and strategic guidance to marketers and stakeholders, contributing to long-term growth through marketing technology
