About The Position

Payactiv is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead Payactiv’s B2B and B2C marketing operations ecosystem, spanning demand generation, account-based marketing, product-led growth, and lifecycle engagement. This is a high-impact role responsible for building a unified, intelligent, and automated growth engine—one that connects employer acquisition, employee adoption, and ongoing engagement through shared data, attribution, and insights. You will be the strategic bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance—ensuring that our systems, automation, and analytics drive smarter decisions, faster execution, and measurable growth across both sides of the business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Revenue Operations, with ownership across complex, multi-platform environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with B2B tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense) and B2C/lifecycle platforms (Braze, Branch MMP, mobile and in-app analytics).
  • Proven ability to design and scale automated lifecycle programs, attribution models, and performance intelligence across web, app, and CRM environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing and growth capabilities, including intent data, predictive modeling, and automation best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into insights—and insights into operational and revenue impact.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or product-led growth environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Payactiv’s full marketing and growth tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense (B2B) and Braze, Branch (MMP), and in-app/mobile engagement tools (B2C).
  • Architect end-to-end automation frameworks across acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion—ensuring consistent logic and measurement across channels and audiences.
  • Leverage AI-driven capabilities (intent data, predictive scoring, behavioral modeling, and generative insights) to improve targeting, prioritization, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement and govern cross-channel tracking, UTM standards, and attribution models that connect web, paid media, email, in-app, and mobile touchpoints.
  • Own marketing and growth data governance across B2B and B2C systems, including identity resolution, normalization, enrichment, and synchronization.
  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards that measure funnel performance, lifecycle conversion, adoption metrics, campaign ROI, and revenue impact.
  • Partner with Finance and RevOps to model full-funnel and full-lifecycle contribution, from employer pipeline to employee activation and engagement.
  • Introduce automation- and AI-assisted reporting to reduce manual work and accelerate insight generation.
  • Develop advanced segmentation strategies that align employer personas, employee cohorts, lifecycle stages, and behavioral signals.
  • Enable hyper-personalized journeys using dynamic content, triggered campaigns, and intent-based orchestration across HubSpot, Braze, and in-app channels.
  • Operationalize experimentation frameworks across B2B and B2C motions, including lifecycle messaging, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer teams to align on lead management, lifecycle ownership, SLAs, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to operationalize high-impact campaigns, launches, and adoption initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on martech roadmap decisions, automation strategy, experimentation, and capability expansion across the growth stack.
