About The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the VP, MarComm Strategic Planning, Insights, and Customer Engagement, and serve as NewYork-Presbyterian's in-house expert on paid and organic media strategy. This role ensures strong alignment between media investments, enterprise priorities, and broader growth objectives. The Senior Manager will lead integrated media planning across paid channels and coordinate the effective use of owned and earned channels to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, consistent across platforms, and tightly aligned with business and system-wide marketing goals. The position involves close partnership with brand, service line, reputation, digital, analytics, editorial, and external agency teams to deliver high-performance media programs. Through rigorous planning, continuous optimization, and clear measurement, the role aims to elevate NYP’s market presence and drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining a cohesive, audience-first approach across the full media ecosystem. This is a full-time day shift position, requiring 4 days at the Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and offering the ability for 1 day remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6–8+ years of integrated media strategy or planning experience
  • Strong expertise in digital media platforms, channels and performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of funnel-based audience strategy, segmentation, and multichannel measurement
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate marketing and media insights into strategic recommendations
  • Live within a commutable distance to NYP

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in regulated industries
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital systems
  • Familiarity with CRM based targeting and first party data activation
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Power BI, Dataroma, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
