The Senior Marketing Manager, GSM Biosurgery, will be responsible for leading projects and end-to-end management including partnering to develop Biosurgery Robotic and Digital Innovation Strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive business experience.
  • 5 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales.
  • Experience with Marketing Excellence/Mastery, including Launch Excellence principles.
  • Excellent cross-functional influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Experience with Innovation (Insight Generation, Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and the Medical Device industry.
  • Previous regional in-line marketing and/or Global marketing experience.
  • Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with supply chain, global brand management, influencing a Medical Device sales force and new product launch.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insight
  • Proven ability to work in a Global organization with multi-disciplinary collaborators.
  • This role requires up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Biosurgery brand leads on end-to-end brand strategy including platform segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, and life cycle management.
  • Insight generation to identify unmet needs in robotics and digital innovation for adjunctive hemostats.
  • Participate as a key member of the project leadership team, driving clinical objectives, while balancing schedule and resourcing.
  • Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, GSI, and key customers in planning, coordinating and sequencing project strategy and execution.
  • Provide commercial input to the advancement of product concepts through the new product development process including providing insights and voice of customers, developing the business plan, implementing target product profiles, and leading product launch excellence.
  • This person has the responsibility to reach project milestones within specified budgets and timeframes.
  • This person will ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies, and procedures.
