As the Senior Marketing GTM Manager (US), you will support the execution and optimization of the US Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth. This is a hands-on role with a mix of campaign execution, paid media optimization, and strategic input. You will play a key role in connecting brand messaging, product positioning, and acquisition programs, while helping to shape scalable processes for the US market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or acquisition, with a dedicated focus on the US market.
  • Hands-on expertise in Paid Acquisition channels (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Experience managing campaigns and budgets (campaign-level, under leadership guidance).
  • Product marketing understanding: market analysis, competitive positioning, and GTM execution support.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot/Marketing Cloud) for lead lifecycle tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and basic LTV analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort collaborating across senior-level stakeholders (Product, Sales, Finance).
  • Proactive self-starter with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of aligning priorities and resources across functions and hierarchy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to US GTM Strategy: Support the alignment of product marketing, brand messaging, and core acquisition programs, in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Revenue & Budget Support: Assist in optimizing and managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets to support US growth goals.
  • Process & Collaboration: Help define and improve US market processes, supporting cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Product Liaison & Feedback: Partner with the Product team to share US market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform GTM initiatives.
  • Champion market needs, ensure GTM activities align with PLG principles and high-touch sales models, contributing to successful execution.
  • Paid Acquisition Expertise: Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
  • Lifecycle Campaign Strategy: Support strategic direction and execution of acquisition and nurturing campaigns for both no-touch (PLG) and high-touch funnels.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Assist in continuous testing across channels, segmentation, and messaging to improve funnel performance and LTV.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on US campaign performance, pipeline health, and contribution to growth goals.
