About The Position

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season. As our Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) , you are the engine behind our market expansion. You will support our leadership team in the US and LATAM markets by identifying new opportunities and qualifying the leads that drive our growth. This is an ideal role for a high-energy graduate or early-career professional who wants to learn the ropes of international sports sales and grow into full sales responsibility within a fast-paced, global brand.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduated from university or in the early stages of your professional career.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Language Skills: You’re bilingual in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
  • Mindset: Proactive, hungry to learn, and unafraid of picking up the phone to qualify new business.
  • Passion: You love sports, fitness, and the challenge of hitting targets in a competitive environment.
  • Location: Based in or willing to work from our Chicago office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Take ownership of prospecting and lead qualification across the US market to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Support: Support the team as we expand across the US and LATAM, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Sales Growth: Slowly transition from lead qualification into full sales responsibility, eventually managing the entire sales cycle independently.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for potential partners, providing them with the information and energy they need to join the HYROX movement.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all lead data is accurately tracked and managed to allow for efficient management oversight.
