As the Senior Marketing Coordinator , you will: Consistently coordinate with market Executive Vice Presidents, Practice Leaders, Marketing Directors, Managers, Senior Coordinators, Coordinators, and the Graphics Team Participate in capture planning sessions and promote and follow the Approach to Winning and Way-to-Communicate platforms Develop outlines and strategies for proposals and presentations alongside market leadership Coordinate, create, organize, and oversee activities involved in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and qualification packages Participate in the development and maintenance of collateral marketing resource materials Ensure compliance and accuracy for all marketing deliverables Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Practice Leaders to promote Gresham Smith’s visibility via conferences, open houses, social media, and community outreach Follow brand guidelines and coordinate with brand ambassadors as needed Complete prequalification forms, client questionnaires, and qualifying statements as required Assist in ongoing marketing research as needed Interact and collaborate with marketing staff across other firm offices Participate in the Mentor/Protégé program to gain knowledge of firm and industry best practices Your work will directly contribute to shaping environments where people live, work, and thrive, all while growing your career within a supportive, people-first culture. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience in the Architectural/Engineering (AEC) industry preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks, and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, consistently meeting established timeline
  • Experience planning and developing proposals (RFPs/RFQs) for project pursuits
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player mindset with enthusiasm for collaborative work environments

Nice To Haves

  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience in the Architectural/Engineering (AEC) industry preferred
