This role will collaborate on key programs to assess customer engagement and satisfaction as well as ad hoc research projects and competitive intelligence to discover insights focused on strategic initiatives, product development, communication development, and deep consumer understanding. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Consult with business partners to understand business strategies and challenges Collaborate and influence decision-making with actionable recommendations Develop learning agendas and design research programs to address business needs Manage research programs from requesting vendor proposals to executing market research programs (qualitative and quantitative) and delivering compelling insights to drive business decisions Stay abreast of research technique advances while complying with and adhering to all regulations and internal policies related to research execution Work with and coordinate with other insights groups Leverage communication skills to prepare tailored communications and professional presentations Delivering findings along with recommendations to business partners at all management levels Provide day-to-day management of external research vendors, internal partners, and consultants engaged to execute projects Manage external research vendors to ensure quality, on-time delivery of research programs Collaborate with insights leadership to recommend future research and knowledge development opportunities Adhere to all risk and compliance requirements
