Glean is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to serve as the strategic and operational lead for high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Digital, Field Marketing, and Sales to translate strategy and messaging into full-funnel, multi-channel programs. You will architect, launch, and optimize campaigns that guide prospects from awareness to opportunity acceleration, ensuring every initiative is measurable, repeatable, and scalable. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of projects, people, and process. You will orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that span product launches, vertical/solution campaigns, market storytelling, and brand moments. Your work will ensure accountability, relentless focus on deadlines, clear communication, and on-time, high-quality delivery – all while deftly managing stakeholders and “making it happen” in a fast-moving environment.
