About The Position

Summary of the Position: The Marketing Campaign Manager at TriState Capital Bank would be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to promote the bank's products and services. Working closely with Marketing leadership, and business line partners, this role helps bring the TriState Capital Bank brand and value proposition to life across all business lines, including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Equipment Finance, and Commercial Real Estate. This role involves coordinating with various teams to develop effective campaign strategies, managing budgets, overseeing the production of promotional materials, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure goals are met. The manager would also be expected to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and support the day-today overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing or campaign management.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating, editing, and reporting on marketing materials
  • Solid project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting advisor-focused or B2B marketing is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at specific audience segments and company goals.
  • Execution & Coordination: Manage all aspects of campaign deployment, including email, social media, content marketing, and digital ads.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data, KPIs, and ROI to optimize performance, using A/B testing and analytics to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with creative teams, sales, external agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activity.
