The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support Lids’ core business and specialty concepts. This role drives projects across all marketing channels, as well as cross-functionally with Buying, operations, planning and finance. This person acts as a key liaison with external partners (such as MLB, NFL, NBA, New Era, 47, Mitchell & Ness and more) to deliver consumer-facing campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and sales to all brick & mortar locations. Our Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding and driving our key priorities across top volume buys, promotional periods, and key league & hot market moments. The ideal candidate will learn & understand the business, curate strategy to maximize opportunities, and be flexible to pivot through evaluation. Success requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
