About The Position

The Senior Marketing Associate supports the marketing department by leading high-impact initiatives across the property portfolio, overseeing complex marketing workflows, and serving as the primary marketing lead for select communities. This role manages advanced marketing support needs, drives property onboarding and offboarding, supports brand repositioning efforts, and leads monthly reporting and audit processes. The Senior Marketing Associate works closely with property teams and clients to ensure brand consistency, optimize marketing performance, and execute strategic projects that enhance overall portfolio success.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support and Issue Resolution Provide advanced support for marketing-related issues, resolving complex and high-priority tickets. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot marketing software and tools. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance workflows and system efficiency.
  • Brand and Property Repositioning Analyze property performance using reports and traffic data to support repositioning strategies. Develop creative ideas for social media, digital campaigns, and community engagement. Oversee brand refresh initiatives and ensure all messaging aligns with company guidelines.
  • On Site Engagement and Brand Activation Plan and support on site marketing initiatives that strengthen resident engagement and reinforce brand identity. Use tools such as Canva Enterprise to help teams maintain brand consistency. Assist on site teams with event planning and execution to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Marketing Audits and Reporting Create and analyze monthly marketing audit forms to gather insights and improve performance. Conduct audits of Internet Listing Services to ensure accuracy and optimization of property listings. Produce monthly marketing reports that highlight portfolio performance, trends, and opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for all ILS related matters and manage issue resolution. Support leadership with marketing projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Marketing Lead for Select Communities Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned communities. Oversee community-level marketing priorities, campaigns, performance monitoring, and brand execution. Provide ongoing guidance, strategy support, and recommendations to property teams.
