Create a Great Experience Do the Right Thing Play for Each Other Pursue Growth Own Your Future Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership · Leading, managing, and holding team members accountable for performance · Conducting weekly meetings, setting & monitoring scorecard metrics with team members, and leadership of quarterly planning and goal setting for team · Onboarding and training new team members · Ongoing training of existing team members, process development, and innovative solution-based thought leadership · Collaborating with other team leaders within and across departments to deliver the employee and client experience · Acting as a backup to team personnel when necessary Supporting Client Strategy & Marketing Execution · Gather data to prepare and send RFPs to carrier partners for quotes, review current benefits and plan amendments · Analyze market summaries and present proposals to internal teams and clients. · Audit renewals for completeness and accuracy. · Contribution of thought leadership, carrier relationships, and communication throughout the marketing workflows. Data Analysis & Industry Intelligence Maintain awareness of employee benefits and healthcare issues, including applicable legislation and industry-specific trends. Serve as a leader in gaining and sharing this knowledge. Track marketplace developments, carrier changes, product innovations, and competitor movements. Client & Team Collaboration Conduct assessments and participate in roadmap discussions tied to the Gibson Sightline process. Keep colleagues and leadership informed of major developments and renewal outcomes. Partner with service teams and practice leaders to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Requirements

  • Current Life & Health license.
  • Prior insurance experience, preferably in an Employee Benefits advisor or marketing analyst/team lead role
  • Proficient in agency management systems, marketing technology platform management, and other tech based tools.
  • Past experience in people development, leadership, and management.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; CEBS designation a plus.
