Requirements

Proven experience in sales leadership, canvassing, or direct sales
Confident communicator who can train, motivate, and close deals
Organized self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Full-time availability: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
18+
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Solar or renewable energy background a plus

Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods daily — talk to homeowners, and spark interest in renewable energy.
Coach your team : train new sales reps, share best practices, and build a competitive culture.
Drive results : set targets, strategize, and execute campaigns with the management team.
Represent with integrity : educate customers accurately, follow compliance, and build trust.
Stay knowledgeable : keep up on renewable trends, sales strategy, and company updates.
