About The Position

The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met. This role requires a strong leader with extensive manufacturing experience who can develop teams, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience (required).
Supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment (required).
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production workflows.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead diverse teams and work effectively under pressure.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred).
Experience in high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing settings.
Knowledge of ERP or production management systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and develop a team of manufacturing employees across assigned shifts.
Oversee daily production activities to ensure goals for safety, quality, production, and cost are achieved.
Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands.
Enforce safety policies and support accident prevention initiatives.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and support professional growth.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, HR, and leadership to resolve operational issues.
Review production reports and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Maintain accurate records related to production, attendance, inventory, and performance.
