About The Position

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring a Business Development Engineer to join our rapidly growing technology company. Requirements

Technical Degree and 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
Proven leadership ability

Nice To Haves

Experience with Injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all manufacturing operations and provide operators/technicians with direction and priority on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete production plan
Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime
Work in conjunction with planner to allocate and schedule resources to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and throughput
Ability to start up and shutdown entire physical plant
Responsible for coaching, training, and disciplining employees
Maintain safe and clean work environment
