Senior Manufacturing Planning/Scheduling Specialist

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Extensive knowledge of bill of material concepts and methodologies
- Strong grasp of the proposal process for both material and labor estimating
- High proficiency with ERP systems
- Proven expertise in scheduling and timeline management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Responsibilities
- Represent the production and material planning function on cross functional teams
- Compile and monitor monthly production schedules
- Create complex material structures in the material planning tool
- Identify process flow improvements and implement
- Prepare labor and material forecasts as requested
- Interface periodically with supply chain or suppliers on delivery issues and problem resolution
