About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 5) to join the Emergent Operations - Composites & Bonding team supporting production and field operations in Everett and Renton, Washington . In this high-impact role you will combine deep composites manufacturing knowledge, advanced data analytics, and structured problem-solving to rapidly diagnose and resolve emergent bonding and composite process issues, reduce escapes and rework, and drive permanent corrective actions that protect aircraft integrity, schedule, and safety. The selected candidate will partner closely with emergent ops engineers, structures and materials engineering, quality, production, and suppliers to lead incident triage, root-cause analysis, Corrective and Preventative Action management, and process improvements. This is hands-on role; the ideal candidate is comfortable on the shop floor and in the field, proficient with statistical tools and dashboards, and experienced translating engineering fixes into controlled, producible work instructions and validated process controls.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control, and/or Audit Assessments
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with Lean manufacturing
  • Experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
  • 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • Experience with Safety Process and Protocols

Responsibilities

  • Trains less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Coordinates complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
  • Identifies and mitigates the impact of changes on the production system.
  • Leads teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Leads organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Works under consultative direction.
