About The Position

Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Manufacturing Operations Analysts (level 4) to join the team in Everett, Washington . The 777 Wings team is looking for multiple Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 4) to assume the role of portfolio leaders, partnering cross-functionally to drive improvement projects enabling critical production requirements. Each portfolio leader will be dedicated to specific production area within the Wing Assembly value stream; aligned to Senior Production Control Leader (PCL). Position Responsibilities: Aligned as primary point of contact for a single Wing Assembly production area with oversight responsibility for all lean / continuous improvement projects Assists with ensuring documentation, communication and shared understanding of project goals including establishing key stakeholder scope and responsibilities Leads, develops, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects Leads studies/analyses, reports risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, or constraints involving program initiatives Works with leadership on business planning and leadership presentations Identifies potential opportunities to support program objectives and overall affordability Forecasts risk and collaborate to develop mitigation plans to adhere to cost and schedule requirements Directs all phases of projects from inception through completion Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Identifies and mitigates the impact of changes on the production system B asic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 + years partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives 3 + years using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 3 + years of experience in Data Analysis 3 + years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Lean certification (Accelerated Improvement Workshop, Six Sigma, 3P) 5 + years working in a production environment 3 + years’ Project Management experience 3 + years’ Experience with Boeing Production Systems/Lean Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
