About The Position

Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Workplace Coach) to support Fabrication Skill Enhancement Center team located in Everett, Washington. This position is for manufacturing/fabrication Workplace Coaches with knowledge/experience in all or some of the following: Production systems, Press Operations, Fabrication and assembly of aircraft interior panels, stowage bins, sidewalls, closets and other assemblies manufactured from honeycomb core, fiberglass, aluminum and other materials at the Boeing Interior’s Responsibility Center in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities: Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results and finds opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years’ experience in the aerospace fabrication industry 5+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System to include utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications 3+ years’ experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading teams 3+ years’ experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement Must be willing to work any shift assigned Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 10+ years’ experience in the aerospace fabrication industry 7+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Shift: This position is for variable shift. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in the aerospace fabrication industry
  • 5+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System to include utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications
  • 3+ years’ experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading teams
  • 3+ years’ experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement
  • Must be willing to work any shift assigned
