About The Position

Info-Tech Research Group, a wholly owned Canadian Company, is recruiting for a Managing Partner to lead their Financial and Professional Services team within North America. This is an executive-level opportunity for a senior technology leader to shape and scale Info-Tech’s Financial and Professional Services presence across North America, owning both growth strategy and client impact across a high-value portfolio. The role involves bridging sales and delivery, driving revenue, and shaping high-impact client outcomes. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience across technology sales and delivery roles, serving technology and business leaders within Financial and Professional Services, with a proven track record of sales and delivery success
  • Motivated to hit or exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Excited by the prospect of building new skills and mentoring sales and delivery teams
  • Able to build and maintain trust-based, value-added relationships with CxO-level leaders
  • Understand how to contract within the Financial and Professional Services industries and develop master contract vehicles with clients that can be used continuously
  • Passionate about advising senior leaders to achieve their strategic imperatives through enablement of technology-enabled, mission-critical programs within the Financial and Professional Services territory

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver integrated client solutions by orchestrating the full suite of Info-Tech’s products and services across strategic prospective and existing clients
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy to drive sector-specific growth and revenue
  • Enable consulting sales by aligning offerings, creating pipelines, supporting sales strategy, and providing delivery oversight to expand consulting impact and commercial performance
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of senior service delivery executives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client value, retention, and long-term growth
  • Provide strategic oversight of client engagements to ensure exceptional delivery, client satisfaction, and year-over-year account growth
  • Build and expand a strong network of senior leaders across the Financial and Professional Services sector, generating new opportunities and positioning Info-Tech as a trusted strategic partner
  • Partner with Sales to support pipeline development and opportunity high-impact client conversion through targeted prospecting and executive relationship building
  • Represent Info-Tech in the market, including executive briefings, industry events, and thought leadership engagements, strengthening brand presence and credibility within the sector
  • Partner cross-functionally with Research and internal stakeholders to engage analysts and ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery
  • Provide ongoing market and client insight to senior leadership, informing sales effectiveness, marketing strategy, product innovation, and overall commercial direction
  • Strategically prioritize contracts, bids, and opportunities, ensuring focus on the highest-impact initiatives and optimal return on time and resources
