Requirements

Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Managing Partner or equivalent.
Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, operations, and sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful business relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
