As a Financial Services Professional , you’ll help individuals and families improve their financial well-being while building your own book of business—with structured support, provided leads, and income stability as you get started. What Makes This Role Different No large network required: You’ll receive up to 80 qualified leads per day and marketing support to help you build your client base. Own your Book of Business: From Day 1, you'll own your book of business! Team Effort: A Managing Associate/Team Lead will help you close deals. Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
• Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
• Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
• Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
