About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance and administration of Workday Financials and the integration with Adaptive Planning as well as other ancillary systems. You will partner with business teams to develop best in class processes for usability, adoption, overall application effectiveness and management reporting. Implement improvements and document best practices to ensure data integrity and standardize business processes. Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities. Work to improve processes for efficiency while ensuring accuracy. Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities and manage these upgrades. Focus on building solutions to solve business problems and improve user end experience. Partner closely with FP&A to support annual budgeting, forecasting, etc. Provide support for users; troubleshoot and remediate issues. Analyze business requirements and evaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements. Conduct training and demo solutions to key business stakeholders as necessary. Support the business with complex reporting and analytics requests. Gain a knowledge of the company's operations in order to better support functional initiatives and provide recommendations to business partners. Configure and implement changes in the Workday Core Financials and Adaptive Planning to meet evolving business and operational needs. Ad-hoc requests as dictated by business needs.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with Workday Financials
  • Understanding of financial reporting, data governance and integration processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to interact with internal clients, assess business challenges and collaboratively define solutions to address key business problems
  • Knowledge of IT Operations, IT Systems, policies and procedures including ITIL framework.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Work requires the ability to multi-task, be flexible and open to change
  • Aptitude for picking up new technologies and procedures
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, PRISM, Accounting Center, Report Writer and Security preferred
  • Workday Pro Certifications in Financials Integrations / Reporting is a Plus

  • Expected pay rate of $150,000- $160,000 plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
