About the Team The Workday on Workday Analytics and Planning team, composed of data analysts and engineers, collaborates with business partners to tackle critical business questions using Workday's Analytics and Planning products. As a Data Analyst, you will lead key initiatives to optimize our Analytics organization for efficiency and clarity. You'll collaborate with a knowledgeable team to improve the Workday experience. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adaptive Modeler with a solid background in financial planning and a specialization in Workday Adaptive Planning. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of designing, developing, and implementing robust financial planning and long-range planning models within the Adaptive Planning platform. This role is critical in supporting our organization's financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with finance leadership, business customers, and other members of the data analytics team to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable planning solutions.
