This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location within the CHR Corporate Human Resources division. As the Senior Manager, Wellbeing you will provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise for U.S. and global wellbeing initiatives, including wellness, mental health and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Work closely with the regional benefit teams in defining and executing Abbott’s global wellbeing vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives. Additionally, oversee U.S. family care programs, fitness center and Early Discoveries, Lake County’s on-site childcare center.
