The Senior Warranty Manager will blend operational warranty resolution and strategic efforts to resolve complex warranty claims and disputes, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and company objectives. This role is a people leader role and requires a professional with expertise in leading a team of experienced members, as well as warranty claim management and resolution. Expertise in GTCC Power plants, outage management, vendor management, and ability to lead customer negotiations, with support from legal team on legal evaluation of contracts to assess warranty coverage. The individual will serve as the primary escalation point for high-value claims and will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions.
