Acting as an internal strategy advisor to HR leadership, this role supports the development, articulation, and execution of initiatives that enable the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The Senior Manager partners closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, insights, and executive-ready materials that support leadership decision-making. This role is responsible for synthesizing complex information, developing compelling presentations and communications, and helping ensure alignment across the U.S. HR organization and the broader enterprise.
