The Senior Manager, Total Rewards and Operations will serve to major needs within the Quizlet People team: first, function as a day to day compensation lead owning the design, implementation and ongoing management of Quizletâs compensation and equity frameworks â including base salary, bonus/incentives, and equity grants/option programs. And second, as the leader of the overall Total Rewards function owning (in addition to compensation) benefits, people operations, and people tools and systems. This role partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and senior business leaders, to ensure that our total rewards programmes support Quizletâs growth trajectory, culture and strategic priorities. This isn't just a maintenance role â you are helping to build the engine that allows Quizlet to scale. You will have the autonomy to redesign frameworks and the visibility to work directly with the Board and C-Suite on the most sensitive and impactful areas of the business. Weâre happy to share that this is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company.
