About The Position

The Senior Manager in the Tata AIG Academy will primarily function as a Product Trainer, responsible for educating employees on various products, processes, and soft skills. A key aspect of this role involves identifying training needs within the organization. Additionally, the trainer will be responsible for delivering training to external clients, which includes gathering client information, determining appropriate training topics, and managing logistical constraints such as time, accommodation, and budgeting. The role also entails fostering better relationships between internal and external clients by organizing social and team-building activities for employees, maintaining an open-door policy, and ensuring the provision of high-quality training and development.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sales.
• 2 years of experience in a training department.
• Any graduation.

Responsibilities

• Identify the need for training, which includes interacting with employees and organizing 'get together' meets.
• Give training for clients, involving collecting information about clients undergoing training, deciding training topics, and managing constraints (time, accommodation, budgeting, etc.).
• Bridge the gap between internal and external clients by offering employees opportunities to socialize with colleagues at organized team and team-building activities, operating an open-door policy, and providing high-quality training and development.
