The Senior Academy Manager will directly lead Academy participants through their entire learning journey, including Onboarding, In Role Development, Mastery, Specialty, and Workforce Development programs. This role involves developing participant proficiency in close partnership with field leadership and peer coaches, building skills through various learning modalities, skill-builder activities, direct coaching, and action planning. The manager will demonstrate client-centric strategy principles, utilizing tools like Voices, Life Priorities, Preferred Rewards, and the One Team Strategy to foster appropriate behaviors. Key responsibilities include identifying behavior/proficiency gaps, role modeling, coaching, and developing action plans for timely program completion. The Senior Academy Manager is also directly responsible for partnering with field leaders to manage Academy participants' career progression and will support the execution of Academy programs specifically for Global Commercial Banking.
