Expected salary range of $156,600 to $174,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Responsible for setting the strategic direction and governance of enterprise-wide talent practices. Leads the design, implementation, and measurement of talent management processes and initiatives to help identify, develop, and engage talent to enable the business to deliver on its business plans and support its growth. This position leads a team responsible for a broad set of scalable talent solutions, including but not limited to: competency model development; pre-employment testing and interview guides; leadership assessments; performance development; talent pipeline planning/succession; external coaching; skills-based internal talent marketplace; and other solutions and resources designed to help employees have agency and navigate career opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, and talent programs within large matrixed organizations
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with leadership assessment design and validation
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing technology-enabled talent solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects and proactively mitigating potential risk
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in industrial organizational psychology, leadership, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing HR roles or within specialized centers of excellence
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication skills and vendor relations

  • Define and deliver the enterprise talent management vision for a Fortune 500 company, aligning programs with business priorities and growth objectives, and continuously improving processes and technology with measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage business insights to design and implement competency models, leadership assessments, succession planning, and skills based talent solutions that enable career mobility and development.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and value.
  • Develop, coach, and empower a diverse team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management, communication, and training efforts to support successful implementation and sustained engagement with talent solutions.
  • Partner across HR, business units, legal, and external stakeholders to align strategies, navigate the organization effectively, and maximize impact.
  • Use internal metrics and external trends to inform decisions, identify risks and opportunities, design solutions, and measure talent health and program effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain governance of inclusive practices, ensuring alignment with equal employment opportunity standards and consistent application across policies, processes, and programs.
