The Senior Manager, Talent Development will partner with the FTS leader to support Finance's emerging talent programs with primary responsibility for the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). A successful candidate will be adaptable, organized, collaborative, and be able to partner with our Finance organization to advance and foster a culture of belonging among our program members and partners.
