Lead Our Nation-wide Expansion | We're Hiring: Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (BCBA Recruiting) Location: Corporate Home Office - Addison, TX (near Beltline & Dallas North Tollway) Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Reports To: Vice President of Talent Acquisition About Behavioral Innovations: For over 25 years, Behavioral Innovations (BI) has been transforming lives by providing compassionate, individualized, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. With 100+ locations across TX, OK, CO, VA, and MD — and expansion into 4 additional states within the next 18 months — we’re experiencing significant growth and doubling in size. Your Role & What You'll Do: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is a hands-on, working leader responsible for actively recruiting BCBAs while managing and developing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. This is not a passive or purely strategic role. You will recruit, lead, hold standards, and ensure execution. You will own BCBA recruiting outcomes, enforce established recruiting processes, track KPIs, train new recruiters, and partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring demand is met consistently and predictably. This is a role for someone who takes pride in execution, values structure, and understands that strong recruiting teams are built, not improvised. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Previous people-management experience.
  • Proven ability to recruit in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of details.
  • Comfortable holding teams accountable to metrics and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA recruiting experience - highly preferred.
  • BCBA or hard-to-fill clinical recruiting experience - highly preferred.
  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking - highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively recruit Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a high-volume, competitive market.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Set, track, and drive annual, quarterly, and monthly recruiting KPIs.
  • Enforce TA processes and requisition management standards.
  • Oversee Apprentice and BCBA pipelines, including job posting accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timely preparation and coordination of Apprentice BCBA contingent offers.
  • Train and onboard new Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Partner weekly with the VP of Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and execution.
  • Oversee university partnerships through delegation and accountability.
  • Represent BI at career fairs, job fairs, and ABA conferences.
  • Serve as backup for weekly intake calls when needed.
  • Perform additional duties in support of recruiting operations and business needs.
