About The Position

You will be responsible for delivering run-the-business (RTB) performance across the Sam’s Club Ambient import and consolidation network. This role leads end-to-end operational execution, resolves complex supply chain challenges, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, inventory flow, cost efficiency, and profitability. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders and partner closely with Walmart and Sam’s Club leaders to optimize network performance. You will be responsible for managing KPIs and P&L results while ensuring alignment across operations, transportation, merchandising, and replenishment. As a leader, you will foster a high-performing culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. What you'll do... What You’ll Do • Ensure Imports and Consolidation execution within Sam’s Ambient Network, ensuring RTB metrics, service levels, and financial targets are met or exceeded. • Partner with Walmart and Sam’s senior leaders across Operations, Transportation, Replenishment, Merchandising, IBP, and Club Ops to plan and execute strategic initiatives. • Own performance management by analyzing KPIs and the P&L, identifying root causes of variances, and driving corrective actions and escalations. • Serve as the primary point for Sam’s Club contact for Imports/Consolidation business needs, advocating for Sam’s business needs, supporting Walmart Ops teams, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. • Identify, prioritize, and lead optimization initiatives that improve network efficiency, inventory flow, cost, and member experience. • Monitor supply chain capacity, constraints, and disruptions; develop and coordinate resolutions to minimize operational impact. • Prepare insights, materials, and recommendations for leadership cadences including Trade Prep, S&OE. • Manage external partner performance through scorecards, audits, and ongoing communication to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. • Foster a high-performing, continuous-improvement culture, where everyone feels like they belong.   • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
