As Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will help elevate brand presence and driving business growth across four distinct retail brands. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the development of innovative marketing, merchandising, and influencer partnerships. Your expertise will help shape a CBI-wide partnership program, expand brand awareness, and measurable impact through strategic collaborations. This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in the corporate office 3-5 days per month. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: GA, OH, NH. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, influencer marketing, or brand management supporting multiple brands or a portfolio.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful brand and influencer partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer ecosystems, and merchandising collaboration.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and executing integrated campaigns.
