Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, they translate requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Emphasizing rigorous statistical methods and clear data visualization, the team ensures effective communication of findings. What you'll do: Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones. Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks to support scalable, secure development. Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, championing DevOps architecture and CI/CD practices. Implement cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling. Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and promote technical quality and compliance. Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and unblock progress. Establish and track operational and engineering metrics to drive continuous improvement. Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and products.
