About The Position

The Senior Manager, Global & NA Social Content Producer is part of the VISA Creative Studio Team- This person reports to the Sr Director Production and works closely with the VP of Visa Creative Studio and the Social Studio Team. Critically, this individual will embed within the Social Studio to produce social-first content for our key audiences, brand and sponsorship moments. They will also help lead our transformation AI-Enable Creative and Agentic Workflows that create impact. This role sits at the center of the Social team with deep experience producing social content and experience with social platforms, AI agents, automation pipelines, technical workflows, and cross-functional orchestration. You are the person who ensures that the production system functions efficiently and that we are working with AI systems, human teams, and creative processes that actually work together — reliably, safely, and at scale. This is a hybrid role that combines social producer, project manager, AI workflow architect, and creative operations lead responsibilities. You’ll work directly with our agency partners, our brand teams, legal, and our cross functional regional teams, AI/ML partners, Data Science, Technology and data privacy to ensure that social content is produced effectively and that we are scaling agentic workflows, generative content tools, and automation systems to deliver value — not chaos. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Requirements

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
8+ years of experience in social production, project management and creative operations
Deep knowledge of social platform best practices and algorithms on TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube
Proven track record delivering social content projects end-to-end for large complex brands with successful social capabilities
Experience and case studies from managing AI-powered, automation-driven, or data-driven workflows.
Experience with contracts and Union requirements
Strong operational discipline- timelines, budgets, documentation, risk management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience coordinating engineering, creative, and data teams in a matrixed environment.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring clarity to fast-evolving workflows.

Responsibilities

Social content production : Plan and execute social content and activations with our in-house team of social strategists and creative leads, including pre-production, on-set coordination, real-time / made-for-social activations, and post-production oversight.
Build and manage detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and production calendars.
Partner with our sponsorship and talent teams on content approvals including legal review and clearance.
Collaborate with internal cross functional partners and external resources (photographers, editors, agencies) and manage timelines and budgets for content.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
AI enablement : Own our AI-Enabled social studio creative projects from brief to delivery.
Coordinate resources across creative, strategy, data, and tech teams. source external partners where needed.
Partner with leadership to maintain velocity, clarity, and alignment throughout the lifecycle of content creation, publishing and performance.
Manage creative project workflows that leverage AI tools (generative video, image, copy, metadata automation, performance optimization platforms).
Partner with AI Creative Technologists and Aesthetic Directors to integrate models, prompts, templates, and style rules into production.
Ensure teams are using approved models, guardrails, governance rules, and workflows.
Capture and document AI workflows (brief → prototype → refinement → final) to make them repeatable and scalable.
