The Role: We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Social Producer/Analyst to lead the execution of our social and sponsored content strategy across TIME's social media platforms. This person will produce daily engagement-focused content, with an emphasis on developing scalable, advertising-supported franchises and creating engaging content which supports TIME’s growing business. Serving as a bridge between the newsroom and revenue teams, this role is ideal for a collaborative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of editorial, audience growth, and business impact. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong editorial judgement and a deep understanding of how audiences engage across platforms. They should be equally comfortable publishing daily content, collaborating across departments, and building performance reports that inform strategy and support revenue.
