Our Shared Sourcing Senior Manager plays a critical role in that mission by driving strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring our teams have the tools, partnerships, and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll optimize enterprise-wide spend, elevate supplier relationships, and unlock value through smart, scalable sourcing strategies that support the diverse needs of our properties and corporate teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in progressive sourcing or procurement experience, with demonstrated success in cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong project management capability — able to plan, execute, and monitor complex sourcing projects across competing priorities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
  • Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
  • Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to support multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing initiatives across multiple categories, including RFx events, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Execute strategic sourcing strategies that enhance cost efficiency, quality, and supplier innovation.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand operational needs and balance them with enterprise-wide sourcing opportunities.
  • Identify savings opportunities, consolidation potential, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Build high-performing supplier relationships that promote collaboration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Enhance sourcing tools, templates, and reporting to improve transparency and efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions and measure success.
