Our Shared Sourcing Manager plays a key role in this mission by executing sourcing strategies, leading competitive events, strengthening supplier relationships, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that keep our operations running efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will help drive sourcing excellence across multiple categories by managing RFPs, conducting market analysis, negotiating supplier agreements, and partnering with internal teams to align sourcing decisions with business needs. You will contribute directly to cost optimization, process improvement, and performance tracking while helping advance our commitment to sustainability, supplier diversity, and operational consistency.

  • Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with enterprise and category goals.
  • Lead RFI/RFP processes, evaluate supplier responses, conduct cost and scenario analysis, and support award recommendations.
  • Perform spend analysis, benchmarking, and market research to uncover sourcing opportunities and cost savings.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with Legal to ensure favorable and compliant contract terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on project implementation and contract compliance.
  • Track supplier performance metrics and support the resolution of operational issues.
  • Contribute to sustainability, supplier diversity, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Support the enhancement of sourcing tools, templates, dashboards, and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Experience leading RFPs and negotiating supplier agreements.
  • Experience with direct and/or indirect sourcing categories.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools or systems (RFx, contract management).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
  • CPSM or similar certification is a plus.
