Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking a strategic, results-driven Project Management trailblazer with a proven track record of successfully guiding complex projects from initiation to completion. The Senior Project Portfolio Manager excels at looking beyond individual projects to see how they fit into the organization's strategic vision, quickly comprehending business needs, developing cost-effective solutions, and implementing innovative strategies to achieve long-term business goals. As a seasoned project management leader with deep expertise in project management methodologies, a strategic mindset, and exceptional hands-on project execution, this role will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs. This position reports to the Vice President of Services and is responsible for ensuring that all projects are aligned with broader business objectives and strategic goals, while also managing financial performance, mitigating risks, and maintaining high standards of quality. Key duties include directing cross-functional teams, managing large-scale budgets, and providing regular, clear communication on project status to senior leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and negotiator capable of leading a team in a hybrid (office/remote) environment while setting clear direction and expectations. Demonstrated mastery of motivating, guiding, and empowering teams, making tough decisions, and fostering a positive culture. Acting as a primary point of contact for project issues, they will resolve critical challenges with ingenuity and creativity, drive continuous improvement in project management processes, adeptly navigate complexity, manage competing priorities, and deliver maximum value to the business.
