About The Position

The Senior Portfolio Project Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional initiatives within the Personal Trust group of Wealth Management, supporting trust, fiduciary, and wealth management business priorities. This role partners closely with senior leaders to drive outcomes, not just execution, serving as a strategic thought partner who brings structure, clarity, and accountability to critical initiatives. The Senior Portfolio Project Manager plans, designs, and implements multiple concurrent projects, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery aligned with business and client needs. This role emphasizes strong executive communication, disciplined governance, and the ability to quickly understand trust and wealth management concepts. The Senior Portfolio Project Manager holds stakeholders accountable for deliverables, proactively identifies and resolves risks or exceptions, and continuously improves project management processes, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the portfolio. In addition to managing project execution, the Senior Portfolio Project Manager supports user readiness and adoption, participates in training and evaluation activities, and assesses overall project and team performance to ensure sustained business and client impact.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
