Requirements

• Project Management Experience – Should have at least 20 years experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing. Should have experience of leading AMS engagements as well.
• SAP Background – Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM role

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live support
• Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion
• Lead monthly steering committee meeting with customer
• Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capability
• Establishing effective program governance for each account
• Developing new business with clients and contributing to the SAP Business Group. Ability to interact with CxO levels
• Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers
• Managing escalations and customer communications
• Ensuring weekly status reports goes from PM’s to clients and conducting internal governance meetings
• Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes
• Maintaing healthy profitability of every account considering sold versus delivered margins
• Mentor Project Managers
• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
