Requirements

Project Management Experience – Should have at least 20 years experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing. Should have experience of leading AMS engagements as well.
SAP Background – Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM role
Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.

Responsibilities

Project Oversight during execution phase: Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live support
Customer support: Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion. Lead monthly steering committee meeting with customer.
Service quality: Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capability
Program governance: Establishing effective program governance for each account
Business development: Developing new business with clients and contributing to the SAP Business Group. Ability to interact with CxO levels
Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managers
Escalation management: Managing escalations and customer communications
Reporting: Ensuring weekly status reports goes from PM’s to clients and conducting internal governance meetings
Adherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processes
Maintaing healthy profitability of every account considering sold versus delivered margins
Mentor Project Managers
