About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own and manage the Salesforce platform that supports Sales/Sales Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Security, Product Development, Revenue, and Lead Gen vision and goals Establish and maintain Salesforce platform governance, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable architecture, consistent data models, and long-term platform maintainability Develop and maintain a multi-year Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with Accel’s operational strategy, revenue initiatives, and digital platform investments Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and enhance customer and partner experiences through Salesforce solutions. Manage the Salesforce team to ensure successful delivery of enhancements, modifications, integrations, maintenance, and customer support Coach and manage Salesforce resources and actively participate in the goal setting and performance review process Identify and define new Salesforce roles and build out the Salesforce team as needed Own Salesforce SOX compliance controls for applications supporting financial and operational processes, including change management governance, upgrade risk assessments, periodic user access reviews, and enforcement of segregation of duties for the Cash Logistics platform built on Salesforce Experience Cloud Interface with senior leadership, department owners, and end users to ensure Salesforce-related projects have proper impact, adoption, and identified standards Evaluate current Salesforce capabilities, implementations, and related technologies to ensure the platform is being used efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with Accel’s evolving business needs. Stay informed regarding Salesforce innovation and emerging technologies, informing business leaders of how these changes and advancements may be able to benefit Accel.

Responsibilities
