About The Position

The Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Execution Analytics is responsible for leading analytics that enable sales leaders to effectively manage performance, execute against priorities, and make informed decisions. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable views of sales execution across pipelines, bookings, shipments, and performance outcomes, and ensuring leaders have confidence in the metrics they use to run the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or performance analytics (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams (preferred).
  • 3+ years working with senior business leaders delivering analytical outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales performance, commissions, or incentive analytics (preferred).
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel; experience with Sigma, Alteryx or similar tools preferred.
  • Be able to learn and pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
  • Attention to detail in execution, gets into the weeds to fully understand the problem and can quickly identify errors and roadblocks to achieving success.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Performance Enablement Partner with Sales leadership to deliver analytics that support effective execution, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Provide clear, consistent views of sales performance across pipeline, bookings, shipments, and attainment.
  • Enable sales leaders to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities through actionable insights.
  • Execution Analytics & Insights Analyze sales execution trends to identify areas of strength, underperformance, and risk.
  • Translate complex performance data into concise, decision-ready narratives for sales leaders.
  • Support ad hoc analyses that inform tactical and strategic sales decisions.
  • Sales Performance Measurement & Incentive Analytics Support the implementation and operation of approved sales performance metrics used for incentive and commission programs.
  • Ensure incentive-related analytics are accurate, repeatable, and aligned with approved measurement definitions.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Incentives teams to provide analytical support for complex performance scenarios.
  • Operational Excellence & Analytical Integrity Own quality controls, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure leaders can rely on sales performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before analytics are used for decision-making or downstream processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, logic, and approved changes to support transparency and trust.
  • People Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales performance analysts.
  • Set clear expectations for analytical rigor, attention to detail, and executive readiness.
  • Build team capability to support increasing complexity and scale of sales execution analytics.
