About The Position

The Global Learning & Development (GLD) team is looking for a Senior Manager to design, deliver, and scale world-class enablement programs for our internal Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) organization. This includes audiences such as Partner Managers, Partner Sellers, and Partner Business Development Reps who co-sell alongside our internal sales organization and our external partner ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you will define an enablement strategy, build high-impact learning experiences, and collaborate across the business to accelerate GPC productivity, elevate competencies, and empower our internal partner sales teams. We’re looking for a leader with a bold, AI-first mindset — someone who doesn’t just use AI tools but also embeds them into how we design, deliver, and measure learning experiences. You bring a track record of driving measurable impact for sales or partner-facing roles, strong business acumen, and the executive presence to influence senior leaders across a complex matrixed environment. Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguity, lead with empathy and emotional intelligence, and stay highly organized in a fast-changing environment. Experience carrying a quota or working within a partner ecosystem is highly desirable, though not required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, partner sales, and/or enablement.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and solution-selling methodologies.
  • Experience designing outcome-based learning or enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Experience leveraging technology or AI to scale learning and enablement impact
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert while collaborating across teams to meet aggressive goals.
  • A track record of influencing without authority and moving strategy forward across a matrixed team.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and proactively creating clarity.
  • Adaptability to shift focus as business needs evolve.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with high emotional intelligence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience carrying a quota or working within a partner ecosystem is highly desirable, though not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, strategic relationships across GLD, GPC leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Co-create and execute the enablement strategy, frameworks, and processes that support GPC global priorities.
  • Partner with Global Learning Business Partners (LBPs) to assess field requests, guide program intake, and align to enterprise goals.
  • Design and deliver role-specific programs for GPC audiences, optimized for stages of the sales cycle and partner/customer buying processes.
  • Showcase real-world AI-first enablement approaches to inspire adoption and modernize how our field learns and performs.
  • Apply a data-driven mindset to measure program effectiveness, analyze ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior GPC leaders, using strong business and partner ecosystem acumen.
  • Communicate with clarity and impact when facilitating sessions and presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Work across global time zones to support regional teams and deliver experiences as needed.

Benefits

  • For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
  • Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
